Your mind can be your worst enemy, or your greatest ally...
... your choice.
let´s tame the shrew
Except this time, the shrew isn’t a woman. It’s your mind.
Your thoughts. Your spirals. Your brain at 2 a.m. telling you the world is ending because you said one wrong word ten years ago.
Your own mind — the very thing you rely on to think, dream, and create — sometimes feels like your worst enemy.
But here’s the twist: If your mind can create those dreams and those fears… it can also help you change everything.
When your mind stops fighting you and starts working with you — not just with logic but in faithful partnership with your heart — that’s when life gets easier. And more joyful. Not perfect, but easier.
I’ve been climbing this mountain for a long time.
I grew up with generalized anxiety disorder, a vivid imagination, and a burning desire to feel joy — despite what everyone around me told me about how life works. I was “the gifted child,” though I never saw myself that way. Mostly, I felt like a stranger wherever I went. I didn’t know how to be in the world. I only knew I didn’t want to suffer.
So I searched. I journaled. I read endlessly. I studied psychology. I sat through years of therapy. And in that long process, something happened.
Every once in a while, I’d write a sentence in my diary — a simple insight that hit me so clearly it felt self-evident, like it had always been there. But it had to click into place. And when I started using it daily, it changed everything.
That’s where Gamechangers was born.
I started collecting these small but powerful ideas. Ideas that not only inspire but also shift something. That gives you back agency—that work on your worst day, not just your best one.
I write about how to tame your mind. Not through hustle. Not through pretending. But by learning how your brain works — and using that knowledge with kindness, clarity, and practice.
